• They are carefully constructed with durable and water resistant hard woven cotton fabric, a protective shield of aluminum foil and copper mesh for blocking EMFs and ensuring equal distribution of heat.
• The crystal gem stones are 40 % Amethyst- 30%Tourmaline – 30% Germanite.
• Dimensions: The Regular Mat= 72″ x 30″, 22-24 lbs of crystals. Our mats have more crystals per square inch than any other.
• The temperature settings can be set from 20 – 70 degrees Celsius ( 68 – 158 F) and can be set on a 3, 6 or 12 hour time frame.

• Far Infrared Waves – as a result of the crystal stones being heated, they in turn produce far infrared waves.
