How Does It Work?

Our innovative new hybrid cooling system combines the efficient cooling power of evaporation with the direct cooling of frozen or chilled water.

The vest may be used in different ways after first hydrating the special water-absorbing crystals:

• Straight from the freezer or from a cooler of ice water. The vest will cool for up to 2 hrs. in this method.
• At ambient temperature as an evaporative cooling vest. Water causes a natural cooling effect as it evaporates, which can provide many hours of cooling relief in lower humidity.

To use the vest:

• Simply submerge in water, gently squeeze and towel dry. Use immediately, or allow the garment to dry to the touch and then chill in a refrigerator or freezer for a higher level of cooling.
• The special water-absorbing crystals will soak up many times their volume in water and then hold the temperature of the water an extended period of time.
• The weight of the garment may be adjusted by how long the garment is allowed to soak in water.
• Submerge garment in water to reactivate.
