Returns & Exchanges Policy

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact and included
  • All accessories and documentation must be returned
  • Heated products must show no signs of use or wear
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Acorn Slippers, Shoes and Socks (due to hygiene considerations)
  • All Herbal Packs (personal care items)
  • Open Box Items (specifically marked “Aheata Open Box” products)
  • Any items that show signs of use, wear, or damage not present at time of shipment
